Crowne Blue products and services are available exclusively to approved members, businesses, or institutions who have completed the necessary application, compliance, and verification processes. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorized to enter into binding agreement

By using Crowne Blue services, you agree to:

• -Use your card and account services only for lawful purposes

• -Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or breach of your account

• -Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including financial reporting and tax obligations

Service Access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion. this includes temporary outages, 

updates, or changes due to regulatory compliance or security concerns

Fees and Charges

Any fees, charges, or interest associated with the use of Crowne Blue card products will be disclosed to you at the time of issuance or in your account documentation. 

You are responsible for timely payment of any such obligations.

Your privacy and data security are a top priority. All personal and financial information provided to Crowne Blue is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

We employ advanced encryption and compliance protocols to protect your data.

Intellectual Property

All Crowne Blue and Green Capital Private Advisers branding, trademarks, content, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. 

You may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any materials without express permission.

Limitation of Liability

Crowne Blue and Green Capital Private Advisers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or

inability to use our services, including financial losses, data breach, or service disruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time, with or without notice, in the event of suspected fraud, 

violation of these terms, or regulatory action.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Green Capital Private Advisers is legally registered. 

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in such jurisdiction.
